The UK’s market-leading emergency service conversion specialists, VCS Ltd, have welcomed two new recruits, Anthony Tutty and Jake Tyrie to their production and design facilities.
Anthony Tutty joins VCS Ltd as Production Manager at the Police & Special projects site in Bolton, bringing more than 35 years of specialist coachbuilding experience to the role, with the majority of his career spent at commercial bodybuilder, Cartwright & Sons. As site Production Manager, it will be Anthony’s job to oversee the production shop, ensuring continuous improvement practices and that VCS exceptional quality standards are upheld.
Jake Tyrie takes on the role of Mechanical Design Engineer at VCS, and joins the company from the aerospace sector, where he worked as a Design and Definition Engineer. At VCS, Jake is responsible for designing components for use on VCS’s range of lightweight ambulance conversions, including its Dual-Crewed Ambulance (DCA) and Rapid Response Vehicles.
